We want you to be happy with your Nooksite website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are issued by Nooksite back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor, and usually appear within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, contact our support team at hello@takeout-table.com.
Care plan cancellations
You can cancel your $50/month care plan at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not prorate partial months.
Exceptions
This policy covers the standard $799 website build fee and the $50/month care plan. Custom work or third-party services agreed upon separately may have different terms, which will be clearly communicated in writing before purchase.
